Bad translation of tittles and buttons and help menus, very poor proprietary software as the Chinese will copy bad code from other bad written laser cutter or engraver software.
Software does work JUST to do the job, on the other hand their laser cutting machines are robust if upgraded to DC servo movement vs stepper system.
